Do you turn your phone off while flying?

According to a recent study by the Airline Passenger Experience Association and Consumer Electronics Association, nearly a third of passengers don’t turn off their phones or other electronic devices when told to do so by flight attendants. Additionally, many expressed confusion about when passengers were allowed to have such devices on or off. Do you turn off your phone when you’re told to?
