Minding your manners while flying

Is there such a thing as “plane etiquette”? National Geographic thinks so, with rulings on arm rests (use them as a neutral zone), reclining your seat (the jury’s still out, although the Travel Brigade begs you to think of Geoff, who is 6’3″, sitting behind you and not recline), and more. What rules of behavior do you follow while flying?
